Shipping policy

1. How can I track my order?

When you place your order, you will get a confirmation email with your order’s details, in your registered email address.

This email is only to confirm that your request has been delivered to us and does not mean that your order has been dispatched yet.

Once our company has confirmed that all products are available and accurate, you will get a dispatch email when the item has been dispatched and on it's way to you.

There is a "tracking reference" link on the dispatch email which you can use to track your order on the courier's tracking site, by clicking here.

2. Do you offer Click and Collect?

Unfortunately no. This option is not available yet.

3. Do you delivery to my country?

You can purchase our products from our online store and we can ship your order to anywhere in Greece. At the moment, we do not ship to other countries, however if you're after a LUSH website in your country, you may find the closest store to you here.

4. How long will it take for my products to be delivered?

We dispatch all of our orders straight from our company on the same day that you’ve confirmed your order or the next working day.

All deliveries are carried out by ACS Courier service and are shipped from 1-3 working days, after the confirmation of your order under normal circumstances. There may be an extra delivery delay in case of extreme weather conditions.

For remote / inaccessible regions of the Region, delivery may take an additional 1-2 days.

The shipping e-mail contains a "tracking reference" link that you can use to track your order on the courier ACS website.

5. I do not have an account, how can I track my order/delivery?

If you checked out as a guest, and therefore do not have an account, you can track your order after you’ve received your dispatch email.

When you place an order with us, you receive two emails. The first is an order confirmation, the second is the dispatch confirmation. On this second email is the link you need to track your order on the couriers’ site, ACS

6. How can I change my delivery address?

Once an order has been placed, providing it has not been picked ready for dispatch, you can contact us to see if we can change the address for you.

It's best in this situation to call us on 2310 273945, instead of emailing us.

Note: On our website, there is the option of choosing a different billing and different delivery address, if you would like the order to be shipped to a different destination.

7. How can I be informed about my order?

If you would like to know the details of your order and check what products you selected, you can visit your 'Account' and then go to Order History.

8. What are your delivery charges?

For purchases of products via our website, the shipment cost is at three (3.00) euros (including VAT) for orders that weigh up to two (2) kg.

If the weight of the order exceeds two (2) kg, then for each additional kilo beyond two (2) kg, you will be charged an extra EUR (1) per additional kilo.

The total weight of the products of each order is automatically calculated.

We offer free shipping for orders over 50 euros.

9. How can I pay?

1. Cash on Delivery. The products are shipped with ACS courier and you pay the fee when you receive your parcel. The deposit costs an extra EUR 2.00 (including VAT).

2. Credit / Debit card / IRIS / Bank Transfer payments. The transaction will be conducted with the security of electronic transactions guaranteed by Viva.com and is subject to strict rules of confidentiality regarding the transaction details. In this case, there are no additional charges.

3. PayPal. You are automatically transferred to the PayPal secure platform, where you complete the payment process with no extra charge.

4. Apple pay / Google Pay payment. The transaction will be conducted with the security of electronic transactions guaranteed by Shopify payments and is subject to strict rules of confidentiality regarding the transaction details. For this purpose, we inform you that you will be transferred to the secure environment of Piraeus Bank, where you will enter your details. Afterwards, you will be informed that the transaction was successful, with an on-screen message and an email will also be sent to you. In this case, there are no additional charges.
