Refund policy
Due to the nature of these purchases it is likely that the final recipient's expectations of the product of her/his choice might not be met, due to the lack of physical contact with the purchased item.
Lush.gr, seeking to limit such situations, makes sure that its products are presented with full descriptions. This gives you the privilege of direct contact with the products available from your computer screen, quickly and easily. At the same time, email communication also provides a way of being informed about the products being presented.
Return Policy
With an aim to keep our customers covered as much as possible and to point out the benefits of using the internet in our daily purchases, we offer the option of returning products, in specific cases only. These cases are:
· Cases in which the products you have ordered have expired.
· Cases of selling the wrong product with proven fault of lush.gr.
· Cases of shipping a poor or of defective quality product with proven fault of lush.gr.
· Cases where there was a problem - a fault in the product which is covered by its warranty.
In the event of a defective product or in the event of a damaged product, it is necessary to provide relative photographs, via lushthessaloniki@gmail.com, that represent the damage/destruction of product(s), so that they can be forwarded for inspection and evaluation to the respective department.
In the cases above, the customer after receiving the product, must return it within (14) fourteen days of receiving it. In any case, the products must be returned in the condition received by the customer, without a damaged packaging, together with all the original purchase documents. In the event that the refund is not carried out within the above deadline or does not meet any of the requirements, lush.gr can refuse to proceed to a refund or replacement.
If the conditions are met and a product refund is accepted, the consumer is entitled to receive a credit of equal value for the purchase of another product (s) or a refund.
CAUTION: Before returning the product, you should contact us to let us know by email at lushthessaloniki@gmail.com
IMPORTANT NOTE: There can be no returns regarding the products categorized as 'Fragrances' i.e. Perfumes, Body Sprays and Solid Perfumes.
Customer's unjustified right of withdrawal
Within 14 calendar days of receiving the product, the buyer has the right to back out from the purchase in writing, by sending us an e-mail (lushthessaloniki@gmail.com) referring to the withdrawal from the e-shop purchase, but with the obligation to cover the cost / product’s return expenses. In this case, the lush.gr e-shop will proceed with the buyer's refund- the buyer will have to provide us with a bank account so as to complete the refund. The process may be completed within 14 days.
For the valid withdrawal of the buyer, the product must be returned to our e-shop in its original packaging and not be damaged or faulty. Returns may be carried out via Courier and in any case, the return of the product should be accompanied with all the product's original documents (e.g. invoice, receipt, etc.)

Product delivery
In this case, you can send us the product by following the procedure below.
Firstly, you pack the products in the package that you received with your order. You may contact us regarding a product's return at lushthessaloniki@gmail.com
Provided that the product is eligible for a refund, or a return it should be shipped back to our store via a delivery company.
Return Costs
In the event of lush.gr's fault, the cost of the return is undertaken by lush.gr and the customer will receive a credit of equal value for the purchase of another product or the re-shipment of the order. No refunds in cash can be carried out.
The product is delivered to your location by our shipping company.
In the case of the customer's fault, the latter is responsible for the packing and shipping costs.
Notes
Lush.gr reserves the right to remove or modify its return policy by posting the relevant new terms and conditions on the website.
In the case of repeated returns or in the event that lush.gr, in its sole discretion, considers that the customer abuses the right to return a product or acts in bad faith, reserves the right to refuse the return of the product even if the above terms and conditions are met.
If the product violates the return policy terms and is deemed non eligible for return, it will be returned to the customer. Shipping costs will be carried out by the customer.
