When a customer holds a Lush product in their hands, they are holding much more than just that product. They are holding a complex web of relationships, materials, creativity, human labor, movement, life. All of this must be organized in a specific way so that the product is in the customer's hands.
From Lush Labs to the hands of the #LushCommunity, we invent and create every Lush product ourselves. From carefully sourcing every raw material to crafting our products so they are fresh and handmade.
Once the products are made, we have local Lush factories around the world, allowing us to transport our products to our Digital Fulfilment warehouses and Lush stores. Once there, our products reach customers through our amazing Digital Fulfilment and retail colleagues.
Oh, and we don't stop there! We share videos on our YouTube channel, articles on our website, give a voice to causes through our campaigns, and support amazing teams through our donation programs.
Every move we make on this journey is an opportunity to leave the world more lush than we found it.
